Assured Business Compliance

Quality

Quality can often be seen as a major nuisance to implement because it is perceived to distract from 'the business of business'. However, if done properly it can achieve a great deal and add value in many tangible ways.

A correctly implemented quality framework can:

  • Provide a structure on which the whole business can operate by logically mapping processes,
  • Simplify business processess, eliminate duplication, and improve efficiency,
  • Reduce re-work costs and customer complaints,
  • Expand your customer base to include those requiring ISO 9001 compliance,
  • And If you go for external accreditation, you get a nice flag for your premises and logo for your letterhead :)

The benefits of a well-implemented quality system will pay dividends in both the short-term, where mapping of business processes can quickly identify and eliminate unneccsary work, and in the long-term, where structures of continuous improvement refine processess even further. Quality follows on from quality - once your internal affairs are in order, improvements to your services and products could well be close behind.
